【摘 要】 目的：探究PCI患者术后心脏康复中的过渡期护理(TCM)效果。方法：在本院接受PCI手术治疗的心脏病患者中选取150例，入选时间为2017年6月至2019年6月，随机均分为两组，每组75例，护理时，对照组选择常规方法，观察组在其基础上以过渡期的护理加以干预，对比干预的效果。结果：干预后6个月，两组疾病认知、满意度、心绞痛的稳定性、躯体活动的受限度对比，观察组数据均优于对照组，P<0.05，存在统计学差异。两组心绞痛的发作频率对比，无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论：将过渡期护理干预应用在PCI术后可取得较为显著的效果。
