【摘 要】盆腔肿瘤是妇女的常见病及多发病，多发生于20～50岁，但老年人及未婚女性也并不少见。盆腔肿瘤以卵巢肿瘤居多，由于生活环境的改变，卵巢肿瘤的发病率呈上升趋势，而且未婚女性患者也在逐年增多。妇科肿瘤确切的发病原因至今尚未完全明了，本文探讨以磁共振检查女性盆腔肿瘤，为临床表现提供合理的诊断建议。
