无创呼吸机治疗COPD并呼吸衰竭的护理研究(1)
[摘要]目的 研究无创呼吸机治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭的护理。 方法 将2011年7月～2013年5月我院采用无创呼吸机治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭的88例患者作为研究对象，基于患者临床资料的研究与分析，随机将88例病患分为对照组与观察组各44例，两组基于常规治疗，加用无创呼吸机来予以治疗。在无创治疗过程中，对照组实施常规护理，未派专人护理，观察组基于常规护理派专人予以护理，经过一段时间的护理，对比分析两组病患血气变化情况。 结果 经过一段的护理，观察组患者血气变化情况明显优于对照组，且观察组病患满意度明显高于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 本研究在利用无创呼吸机治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭时，采取科学且合理的护理方式不仅可使患者血气得到有效地改善，同时还可加速患者康复的速度，获得良好的治疗效果。

Nursing research of noninvasive ventilator in treatment of COPD with respiratory failure

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the nursing effect of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of COPD with respiratory failure. Methods From July 2011 to May 2013 in our hospital，88 patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure underwent non-invasive ventilation were taken as study objects， they were randomly divided into control group and observation group，44 cases in each group， the two groups all received conventional treatment，and combined with noninvasive ventilator. In the process of non-invasive ventilation treatment，the control group received routine nursing care， did not send special nursing care， the observation group sent to special nursing care on based of routine nursing. After nursing a period of time， the blood gas changes were compared between two groups. Results After nursing a period of time， the blood gas changes of observation group were significantly better than the control group， and the nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group， the difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion From the results of this study， when we apply noninvasive ventilation in treatment of COPD with respiratory failure， at the same time， we take scientific and reasonable nursing mode，and it not only can make blood improve effectively， but also can accelerate rehabilitation speed，and get a good therapeutic effect.

在COPD合并呼吸衰竭的临床治疗上，目前应用最为广泛的一种方式为无创呼吸机，这种方式操作简单，不用插管，在治疗过程中患者所产生的痛苦相对比较轻，且并发症也比较少，能够间接使用[1-2]。在治疗过程中要想获得成功，一个关键的环节就就是护理，治疗的同时强化护理工作，不仅可加速患者康复的速度，同时还可获得更为理想的治疗效果。本研究就我院近年来无创呼吸机COPD并呼吸衰竭病患的护理进行探讨和研究。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
本研究中所选研究对象为我院于2011年7月～2013年5月所收治的88例COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者，其中男50例，女38例，年龄50～75岁之间，在88例患者中有20例为Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭，有68例为Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭，全部病患均通过COPD并呼吸衰竭诊断标准确诊[3]。基于病患临床资料的研究与分析，随机分为对照组与观察组，两组病例各为44例，两组病例在性别构成、呼吸衰竭类型以及年龄等方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，具有可比性[4]。, http://www.100md.com(周怡)
