[摘要] 目的 探讨互动教学法在病理学教学中的教学效果。方法 对我校2009级临床医学专业4合班60人采用多媒体互动教学法作为实验班,2009级临床医学专业5合班60人采用多媒体教学法作为对照班,通过考试成绩分析,课后随机抽查的方式,对两个班的教学效果进行比较。结果 实验班与对照班在平时成绩,期末成绩对比均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且课后随机抽查显示互动教学法教学效果较好。结论 互动教学法有助于提高学生分析、理解问题及活化思维的能力。
