[摘要] 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声对移植肾术后肾动脉闭塞的的诊断价值。方法 回顾分析3例经临床证实的肾移植术后动脉闭塞的彩色多普勒超声表现。结果 1例肾动脉主干及其分支完全闭塞，2例移植肾内多支段动脉及其分支闭塞，仅见一支段动脉充盈。结论 移植肾术后肾动脉闭塞的彩色多普勒超声表现对早期诊断具有重要意义。
