【摘要】 目的：分析针灸联合康复疗法在老年脑血管意外后遗症的治疗效果。方法：选择笔者所在医院于2018年10月-2019年7月收治的107例老年脑血管意外后遗症患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组(52例)和联合组(55例)。对照组给予常规治疗，联合组给予针灸联合康复疗法治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果：联合组治疗3个月后神经功能优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗3个月后生活质量优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针灸联合康复疗法用于老年脑血管意外后遗症的治疗，可改善其神经功能及生活质量。

    [Abstract] Objective： To analyze the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy on sequelae of cerebrovascular accident in the elderly.
