【摘要】目的调查笔者所在医院30岁以上人员代谢综合征的患病率。方法选择2011年5月笔者所在医院在职及离退休干部健康体检的30岁以上人群，采用整群随机抽样方法进行研究，以中国糖尿病协会的建议为诊断标准，对体检人群代谢综合征进行分析。结果笔者所在医院中老年的代谢综合征(MS)患病率为21.90%,肥胖患病率36.31%,高血压患病率39.05%，高血糖患病率为24.27%，高血脂为32.12%。高龄老年组的各项患病率均高于其他年龄组(P<0.01)。结论笔者所在医院40岁以上中老年人群具有较高的代谢综合征患病率，各组患病率在不同年龄段有所不同。进一步的流行病学调查和对人群进行干预的研究十分必要。
