【摘要】 目的 探讨如何准确、合理运用多层螺旋CT扫描技术及后重建技术对急性胰腺炎的诊断。方法 对2009年5月至2011年5月期间住院的急性胰腺炎患者70例作回顾性分析，总结其临床特点，并对不同的诊断方法进行评价。结果 弥散性胰腺肿大，胰腺边界模糊及左肾前筋膜增厚是急性胰腺炎最常见的CT征象，而胰腺内低密度坏死灶和高密度出血是出血坏死型胰腺炎的特征性表现。结论 多层螺旋CT对急性胰腺炎及并发症显示细微、准确，有较特征性表现，对其诊断价值较大。
