口服葡萄糖酸锌联合经皮给药辅佐治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效观察(1)

【摘要】 目的 研究口服葡萄糖酸锌联合经皮给药辅佐治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效。方法 把200例符合急性小儿腹泻病诊断标准的患儿，且大便轮状病毒检测：阳性，随机分为两组，两组均给予补液、纠正水电解质酸碱平衡等常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上，加用口服葡萄糖酸锌联合经皮给药，比较两组用药后的总有效率，纠正脱水时间，治愈时间。结果 治疗组总有效率96.00%；对照组总有效率84.00%，两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组纠正脱水时间(1.4±0.3)d，治愈时间(3.5±0.5)d；对照组纠正脱水时间(2.8±1.2)d，治愈时间(5.4±1.6)d，经统计学处理，纠正脱水时间及治愈时间两项，两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 口服葡萄糖酸锌联合经皮给药辅佐治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效肯定，及早纠正脱水，明显缩短病程。口服葡萄糖酸锌及经皮给药均无不良反应，且使用方便，儿童依从性好，可以在临床上推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To research on curative effect of oral medication with Zine gluconate and percutaneous drug administration on children rotavirus enteritis. Methods 200 patients who were ill with children diarrhoea disease and their stool rotavirus antigen detection were all positive,dividedinto two groups randomly. And given both of groups fluid infusion to correct water electrolyte balance in conventional therapy way. On the base of conventional therapy, to give treatment group extra Zinc gluconate and percutaneous drug administration. The general efficiency,time takes on correcting dehydration and curing were compared.Results The general effective rate of treatment group was 96.00%,while general effective rate of control group was 84.00%, the comparation was significant on Statistics. Time takes treatment group on correcting dehydration was(1.4±0.3)d, while time takes on curing was(3.5±0.5)d. Time takes control group on correcting dehydration was(2.8±1.2)d, While time takes on curing was(5.4±1.6)d. Through statistic treatment, P value on time takes on correcting dehydration and curing was smaller than 0.01.The difference between two groups was significant on statistics. Conclusion The curative effect of oral medication with Zinc gluconate and percutaneous drug administration on children rotavirus enteritis is positive, which can correct dehydration in time and lessen course of disease. There is no adverse reaction in this way.It is convenient to use. And clinical compliance on children is very good. So it can be promoted and used in the clinical treatment. ......
