体育锻炼对大学生心理亚健康作用的实验研究

     【摘要】 目的 观察体育锻炼干预手段对心理亚健康大学生的心理状态的影响。方法 采用刘欢欢等人建立的大学生心理亚健康人群筛选办法(CMI量表)筛选处于心理亚健康状态的大学生,对筛选出的大学生进行心理辅导和体育锻炼的干预,以SAS、SDS、PSQI量表检测焦虑、抑郁和睡眠质量,评价干预的效果。结果 心理辅导和体育锻炼4周和8周后心理亚健康大学生抑郁严重程度指数、SAS标准分和PSQI总分均明显下降(P<0.01),且心理辅导和体育锻炼组的效果好于单纯的心理辅导组(P<0.05)。结论 体育锻炼配合心理辅导是改善心理亚健康大学生人群不良心理状态的有效手段。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the exercise on the undergraduate students under mental subhealth. XIE Dongbei,ZHONGFU-you,PE Department of Gannan Normal college,Gannan,Jiangxi 341000,china

    To investgate the effects of exercise on the undergraduate students under mental subhealth state.Methods The method to screen people who was under the state of mental subhealth established by Liu Huanhuan was employed in this research.Took exercise and psychological consultation as intervening methods.The effect were evaluated by sleeping quality,anxiety and depression grade(SAS、SDS and PSQI psychological scale are used).Results Sleeping quality,anxiety and depression grade of the subhealthy students are improved obviously in the experimental group after four and eight weeks(P<0.01).And the effect was better than the group that psychological consultation applied only(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise combined with psychological consultation can effectively improve the mental status of undergraduate students under mental subhealthy state. ......
