结核性脑膜炎的护理研究(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨结核性脑膜炎患者的护理方法。方法 45例结核性脑膜炎患者进行了兴奋期、昏迷期，以及用药后、心理等整体化护理，观察护理在疾病治疗过程中的价值。结果 45例患者中死亡3例,其余42例均治愈出院；昏迷合并褥疮2例，口腔念珠菌感染2例，均经局部护理、对症治疗后治愈；利福霉素针剂致肝功减低8例(17.8%),链霉素耳毒性1例(2.2%),结膜炎1例。结论 结核性脑膜患者实施有效的综合护理是减少并发症的发生率、提高治愈率的关键。【关键词】 结核性脑膜炎；护理

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the nursing methods for patients with tuberculous meningitis. Methods The whole nursing, such as the excitement stage, coma stage, post-medication and psychological nursing were performed with patients with tuberculous meningitis, And to observe the value of nursing in the course of curing tuberculous meningitis. Results In 45 patients, the death rate was 6.7%, the curing rate was 93.3%; Exanimation with decubital ulcer 2 cases, oral Candida infection 2 cases, were improved through regional nursing and symptomatic treatment; Liver hypofunction resulted from rifamycin 8 cases(17.8%), ototoxicity resulted from streptomycin 1 case(2.2%), epipephysitis 1 case. Conclusion The effective and synthetic nusing for the patients with tuberculous meningitis is the key of decreasing incidence rate of complication and improving curing rate. ......
