痹祺胶囊对老年性膝关节炎的疗效及基质金属酶2/基质金属酶9表达的影响(1)
摘要目的：探讨痹祺胶囊对老年性膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床疗效。方法：选取2015年12月至2017年12月上海市宝山区中西医结合医院门诊和住院部就诊的老年性膝关节骨性关节患者120例，根据随机数字表法抽取随机编号将患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组60例。对照组患者使用关节腔注射玻璃酸钠结合口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊进行治疗，观察组在此基础上加以口服痹祺胶囊进行治疗。分别在治疗前和治疗五周后，对2组患者的症状积分、生命质量量表SF36，WOMAC量表及血清MMP2、MMP9进行比较评估，并将结果进行统计分析。结果：在经过治疗后，对照组患者的总有效率为8475%，观察组患者的总有效率为9333%，与治疗前比较，2组患者的症状积分明显降低，SF36均升高(P<005)，WOMAC评分和患者的血清MMP2、MMP9的表达均较治疗前降低(P<005)，且观察组优于对照组(P<005)。结论：痹祺胶囊对老年性膝关节炎的具有良好的临床治疗效果，其机制可能与抑制患者血清内MMP2、MMMP9的表达，减少软骨基质蛋白降解有关。

AbstractObjective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Biqi Capsule in the treatment of senile osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods：From December 2015 to December 2017， 120 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group， with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intra articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with oral Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules， and the observation group was treated with Bi Qi Capsule on the basis of it. Before and after treatment for five weeks， symptom score， quality of life scale SF36， WOMAC scale and serum MMP2 and MMP9 of two groups were compared and evaluated， and the results were statistically analyzed. Results：After treatment， the total effective rate of the control group was 8475%， and the total efficiency of observation group was 9333%. Compared with before treatment， the symptom scores of two groups decreased significantly， and SF36 increased (P<005). The expression of WOMAC score in patients with serum MMP2， MMP9 were lower than those before treatment (P<005)， and the observation group was better than the control group (P<005). Conclusion：Biqi Capsule has good clinical effect on senile knee osteoarthritis. Its mechanism may be related to inhibiting the expression of MMP2 and MMMP9 in serum and decreasing the degradation of cartilage matrix protein.
