赭曲霉毒素A快速检测方法研究进展及其在中药中的应用前景(1)
[摘要] 赭曲霉毒素A(OTA)是一类主要由曲霉属和青霉属等真菌产生的次级代谢产物，具有强烈的肾毒性，致畸、致癌、致突变等作用。研究表明OTA不仅广泛污染于食品饲料和农作物中，近年来在香辛料、甘草等中草药中也被证实广泛存在。鉴于OTA的普遍性和危害性，該文分别综述了可视化试纸条、流式微球技术、电化学传感器、表面增强拉曼光谱等技术在OTA快速检测上的应用，预期为实现OTA检测快速化、操作简单化、仪器小型化的高通量检测研究和应用提供参考。
