BEIJING, Jan. 10 (Xinhuanet) -- Emergency response offices have been set up by health departments in 27 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities across China, the Ministry of Health said here on Tuesday.
The ministry also said that by the end of last year, 66 percentof township clinics, 93.21 percent of public health institutions at and above the county level, and all local disease control centers across the country had been able to report public health incidents to higher authorities via the Internet.
