the neutrophilic in the peripheral blood was more than 1.0×109/L。No immune inhibitors were applied to the patients who received haploidentical PBSPCs to prevent graft versus host disease (GVHD)except that cyclosporin was applied to one patient.
2. Results
2.1 The number of cells before and after purification in 27 leukapheresis products was shown in Table 3 and 4. The flow cytometer analysis of typical purification result was shown in fig 1.
