2.3×104 /Kg of CD8+ cells and 9.9±3.7×104 /Kg of CD56+ cells. The hematopoietic reconstitution and early effectiveness were shown in Table 6. Rapid hematopoietic reconstitution was found at the time of 2-4 weeks in 14 /15 cases of the patients who received autologous transplantation. 2 patients died at early stage: one died of lung hemorrhage before the hematopoietic reconstitution and the other died of serious GVHD because of infusion of the blood that had not been processed with radiation after the hematopoietic reconstitution. 1 patient got partial remission. 2 patients relapsed, of which one has died. The relapse was not found in auto-immunity disease patients in short-term follow-up. The data from 3 patients who received haploidentical transplantation could be evaluated. Rejection was occurred in 2 patients, one of the two patients could be successfully regrafted from the same donor using BM and PBSC stem cells after a reconditioning regimen. This patient has survived for thirteen months with disease free. One patient died of rejection and one patient died of multi-organ failure in early stage. Serious acute GVHD did not occur in 3 patients, except of 0-I degree of GVHD, chronic GVHD did not occur in the patient who had longer DFS.
