【摘要】 目的 探讨电磁方法促进骨折愈合的效果。方法对527例闭合骨折行切开复位内固定。患者用随机数字表法分为治疗组(n=374)和对照组(n=153)，治疗组用电磁治疗仪治疗30min/天，对照组进行常规治疗。结果 治疗组骨折愈合时间较对照组提前23天，两组比较差异有显著性(χ 2 =4.80，P<0.05)。结论 应用电磁仪治疗骨折有效，可促进骨折愈合。
